Will disney India rebrand Marvel HQ / any of its existing TV channels or it will be a complete new channel ??
Disney India plans to launch a New kids TV Channel called ” Super Hungama ” as they recently filed trademark registration for it on July 14 in the class of Television broadcasting, Television transmission, Satellite television broadcasting services & Broadcasting services relating to Internet protocol TV, Provision of access to Internet protocol TV under class 38 and published in the Trademark Journal,
Disney broadcasting India Pvt Ltd has also plans to launch 2 new HD kids channels I.e :- Disney HD ( which was originally scheduled to launch on March 1st , 2020 but got deferred by Star/disney India till further notice due to pandemic effects on TV business) & Hungama TV HD in India as they had successfully registered its trademarks last year.
