As the D-Day for the implementation of the new regulatory framework nears, the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has published a list of FAQs on the new framework in order to clear doubts in the mind of the consumers as well as has published the name of different channel packs and prices under the new TRAI tariff scheme applicable from December 29 where they rename Disney XD as Marvel HQ.
So here the question arises ???
What will become of Disney XD & its anime contents ? No one knows for sure. It could continue on its merry way, or it could become an outlet exclusively for their Star Wars and Marvel shows for kids.The network has never really been a ratings draw in India, especially in comparison to Disney Channel & Hungama TV as well the rival channels like Nick , Cartoon Network, Pogo & Discovery kids ( they dominate kid genre Every year in BARC TV Ratings )
