Netflix ,one of the world’s leading entertainment services, is continuing its monthly rollout of the legendary anime Dragon Ball Z With  officially listing of Season 3 (Episodes 75–107) in its “Coming Soon” section, scheduled to premiere on September 15, 2025.

The third season of the Dragon Ball Z anime features the Frieza arc, which includes Part 2 and the conclusion of the Frieza Saga. Produced by Toei Animation and based on Akira Toriyama’s manga, this season covers iconic battles such as Frieza vs. Vegeta, Frieza vs. Piccolo, Krillin, and Gohan, and Frieza vs. Goku. It also depicts Goku’s legendary Super Saiyan transformation, the infamous “five minutes” countdown to Namek’s destruction, and the climactic final showdown between Super Saiyan Goku and Frieza at full power.

This marks the third consecutive month that a new season of Dragon Ball Z has been added to the platform. The first season (Episodes 1–35) made its debut on July 15, followed by Season 2 (Episodes 36–74) arriving on August 15. With Season 3 now confirmed for September , the global media and streaming leader continues to expand its anime catalog for audiences by dropping subsequent seasons on the 15th of every month as it remains one of the most influential and beloved anime series worldwide, and its presence on Netflix highlights the platform’s commitment to delivering premium international content to fans.

Dragon Ball Z (DBZ) is a Japanese anime television series produced by Toei Animation. Part of the wider Dragon Ball media franchise, it is the direct sequel to the 1986 Dragon Ball television series and adapts the latter 325 chapters of the original manga created by Akira Toriyama.

The series aired in Japan on Fuji TV from April 1989 to January 1996 and quickly became one of the most recognized anime worldwide. It was later dubbed and broadcast in at least 81 countries, making it a global phenomenon.

In India, the localized Dragon Ball Z reached audiences between 2006 and 2016, airing on Cartoon Network and Toonami with dubs in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu, and in the process cemented its place in pop culture for an entire generation of viewers.
